TMC Property Tax

1. The individual bills will be paid by respective individual members (online payment facility is available) and MC/society will not be responsible for any delay in payment    and penalty levied by TMC,  if any.  

2. Common area property tax bills have been received separately which will be divided to all flats equally in next quarter maintenance bill.

3. Kindly note that the bills are segregated flat no. wise, not in the owners' name. There is another procedure to be followed by members directly for changing the name in     the property tax bill of individual flat owners.

4. Procedure of paying your bill (online):

a. Go to the site mentioned in the PDF file. https://propertytax.thanecity.gov.in/ 

b. Write the PTN NO:- 2324051010016  in the property number box

c. Write your subcode mentioned in the given PDF file, beside your flat no. -  Aralia-PropertyTax-FlatWise-SubCode-PTN.pdf 

d. Click on the search button. Verify you flat no. carefully (double check) before initiating payment.

e. Go to pay now option and download for downloading the bill

f. Pay your bill as per the modes available or suitable to you.
