For Electricity and MGNL NOC from Society you need to submit below.

1. Full set of your agreement copy (sale deed) having stamped Index II

2. Aadhar card and pan card copy of owner/s

3. Latest Electricity Bill Copy

4. Latest MGNL Bill copy

For any clarification you may contact the society office.

1. Fill MGNL name transfer form online https://www.mahanagargas.com/residential-png/customer-zone/name-transfer/apply-for-name

2.  Upload 2 MB document containing and submit it. It will be approved, no need to visit office.

• First 4-5 pages of Registration document

1. ⁠Builder NOC with Form 'X' , write an email to builder, they will inspect the flat and issue NOC.

2. ⁠Register on MSEDCL website for Aralia flat customer number and change email and mobile number.

3. Login to https://wss.mahadiscom.in/wss/wss?uiActionName=getViewPayBill and request change of Name

4. ⁠Upload Index 2 and Form X

5. ⁠In case it fails from the site, use Mahavitran app to upload

6. ⁠In case issue with online, please visit office to get it done.
